I Remember!

I spent this weekend remembering how to crochet and learning how to read pattern instructions. I never did know how to do that. But now I think I could make whatever I wanted with instructions! I'm way excited! I started off making some flowers, booties and hats for the girls' kitties then baby booties and then the hat for Katie Belle. She loves it! I think it's kind of her style. =) Anyway, I'm pretty proud of myself although now I REALLY need to get back to finishing Luke's quilt.

My Dancing Princesses

We finally got the movie "Barbie and the 12 Dancing Princesses" and it is now the girls' favorite movie. They all dress up in their dresses and dance. I'd have to say that it's not all that graceful most of the time, with them running into each other and straight falling on the floor, but they sure have fun!

Patience

I saw Maia playing with our cat and I just HAD to get a picture of our cats face. THAT is the look of patience. She really is a good cat and with all she has to put up with it's a good thing!

At least Maia is enjoying herself.

Happy Easter!

Finally! I can't believe how busy I've been! I've literally been hitting my pillow EXHAUSTED. But hey, my laundry is almost done. =) We had a fun Easter. The kids went on a Easter egg hunt at the church and got plenty of candy and little toys and stickers to make the hunt a success. Or, in other words, we didn't have to go to any more. Hurray! The girls and I even got to see the Easter Bunny and they were thrilled that the Easter Bunny blew kisses at them! That was very cool. I wish I could've taken a picture of everyone in their Easter clothes, they all looked so nice, but my camera card was full AND I forgot before they'd changed. I'll make them dress up again and take a picture soon. Anyway, I hope you all had a happy Easter and that you all know how much we love you! We're always so grateful for all our friends and family.
